the lastest pop groups and singers

Today I would like to talk about  some of the latest pop groups and singers.

• The Wanted: Are a British-Irish pop boy band, the members of the band are: Max George, Siva Kaneswaran, Jay McGuiness, Tom Parker and Nathan Sykes. Their debut single reached number one and on October they released their first album. The album is quite good, I really like some of the songs such as All Time Low, Heart Vacancy or Loose my mind. 

•  Joe McElderry: Young English singer (born 16 June 1991), he reached fame because he won the TV show "X Factor" in 2009. Recently he has record the soundtrack of  The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, named Someone wake me up. He has also, recently, released an album call Wide Awake, which contains good songs such as: The Climb, Ambitions or the just mentioned Someone Wake Me Up.

 

 

•  Jason Derulo: American singer and songwriter as well as dancer (born September 21, 1989). He released his debut single, "Whatcha Say" in 2009 and it had so good results that he released his second single In My Head in december of the same year. His album was released in 2010, it contains some good songs such as the just mentioned Whatcha Say and In My Head as well as Ridin Solo or What If.

• B.O.B: Bobby Ray Simmons, Jr. (born November 15, 1988) is an American musician and record producer. His debut single was  Nothin on You  and reached number one in both the U.S. and the U.K. With his second single (Airplanes) hapened exactly the same. He also have some other songs such as Magic or Don't Let Me Fall.

• Bruno Mars: Peter Gene Hernandez (born October 8, 1985) is an American singer and songwriter as well as producer. He became famous due to his perfomances with B.O.B in Nothin On You and with Travie McCoy in Billionaire. Then he released his own album Doo-Wops & Hooligans which contains very good songs such as Just The Way You Are or Grenade.

 

• Mike Posner: Michael Posner (born February 12, 1988) is an American singer, songwriter, and producer. He released his debut album in 2010 call 31 Minutes to takeoff, which includes his most important hit Cooler Than Me, as well as some other good songs such as Please Don't Go or Bow Chicka Wow Wow.     

 

• JLS: Are a British boyband. The letters JLS stand for Jack the Land Swing. They were the runners up in the show X Factor on 2008. Their first two singles Beat Again and Everybody in Love both were number one. Their last album was released in 2010 and it is call Outta This World, which contains very good songs such as: The Club is Alive, One Shot or Love You More. 

•  Esmée Denters: Esmée Denters (born 28 September 1988 in Arnhem, Gelderland) is a Dutch singer-songwriter. She was a cover-artist on Youtube when she was discovered. In 2009 she released her first album call Outta Here which has a song  performed feat Justin Timberlake call  Love Dealer. She also has some new songs featuring other artists such as Chipmunk or Stanfour, Until You Were Gone or Life Without You. Her most known song is Outta Here. 

• Hurts: Are an English synthpop duo from Manchester composed of singer Theo Hutchcraft and synth player Adam Anderson. In early 2010 they officially released their debut single, Better Than Love, and played their first ever live shows. Their debut album called Happiness was released on September 2010 and contains very good songs such as the mentioned Better Than Love, Wonderful Live, Devotion (featuring Kylie Minogue) or Stay.

• Iyaz: Keidran Jones, (born 1987) better known as his stage name, Iyaz, is a singer from the British Virgin Islands. His debut single, which was Replay, obtained very good results, becoming number one in many different countries. Replay is also the name of his debut album, which was also released on that year (2009), it contains very good songs such as the mentioned Replay, So big, Solo or Pyramid (featuring Charice).

•  Kesha: Is an American pop singer, rapper and songwriter (born March 1, 1987). Although she has been an active musician since 2005, singing background vocals and writing songs for other artists,her breakthrough only came in early 2009 after appearing on Flo Rida's number one single, Right Round. Her debut single, Tik Tok, released in late 2009, reached number one in eleven countries. Her debut album, Animal, was released in January 201. It contains lots of good songs, such as the mentioned Tik Tok, Your Love Is My Droug, Take It Off or We R Who We R.  

• Willow Smith: Is an American child actress and singer (born October 31, 2000). She is the daughter of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith. She made her acting debut in 2007 in the film I Am Legend. Apart from her acting she launched a music career in the fall of 2010 with the release of her single Whip My Hair. The single peaked at number eleven on the Billboard Hot 100, making Smith one of the youngest solo artist in history to do so.
